Our Client, an A Global Retail Company, is looking for a Data Entry/ Maintenance Administrator to join their team Culver City, CA
Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite
Pay: $35/hour
***This Is A 3 Month Contract To Hire Position (team’s goal is to convert to permanent)!***
As the Data Entry/ Maintenance Administrator you will be responsible to set RLM pre-season data; style numbers, color codes, material codes, etc. support Merch, PD, Materials R&D, Tech design, and Production/Sourcing throughout the seasonal development process with data entry/maintenance
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is often preferred
- this role will do data entry required to support the teams during development and ensure the BOM’s, Tech Packages, Design details etc. are accurate along the process.
- Ensuring checks and reviews of information via the scrub, and seasonal detail review milestones.
- will support all Design functions as needed and escalate conflicts to their manager.
- Set up may also include Codes needed for external needs like NRF codes UPC Codes etc.
- This role will report to our Sr. Designer, and support PD, Merch, Materials R&D, Tech design and Production/Sourcing to ensure the RLM data is entered correctly from initial set up through bulk Tech package hand off to vendors
- They will support the teams in executing RLM (Fashion industry PLM) updates that are driven by data error’s, across styles.
- The role will also ensure accurate data entry of all information that is best consolidated and entered the system by a central shared service.
- A detailed list of data requirements for set up and ongoing systems maintained will be set up to help guide and prioritize effort.
- This role will also support integration/roll ups/reporting of RLM with QuickBase, Excel etc.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of administrative experience doing manual data entry or transcribing content from one system to another.
- Experience in Prodcut Lifecycel Management software (PLM
- Background in Fashion or Retail industry experience
- Experience working in an enterprise system environment doing data maintenance, information management.
- Basic systems knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (excel, word, ppt), knowledge of Miro will be helpful as well as QuickBase.
